Just like our understanding of the distribution and threats from invasive non-native species in Norfolk, our website is continuously developing. We have recently added several new species fact-files and information on what to do if you find them in Norfolk to our Invasive Non-Native Species page.
There are hundreds of non-native species in the UK and as such, we could never provide information on them all. We will be regularly updating the information that we provide to you, and with your support we will be able to have a better understanding of where non-native species are present. If you know see any INNS in Norfolk, you can report them directly to us via nnnsi@norfolk.gov.uk. This will allow us to target our efforts to control them more efficiently, saving time, effort, money and protecting the natural biodiversity of Norfolk.
